Mr. Nguyễn Hữu Hưởng, known as Fred, leads the Hanoi office of Karl Gross Logistics Vietnam, where he is responsible for overseeing both operational management and commercial development. With more than a decade of experience in international freight forwarding, Fred has built strong expertise in trade lanes connecting Vietnam with Europe and the U.S., with a particular focus on full container load (FCL) exports.

In his current role, he is dedicated to building a capable team, ensuring high levels of customer service, and driving the office’s growth and profitability. Alongside his core priorities, Fred has recently begun paying closer attention to sustainable logistics. While not a specialist in the field, he understands the growing importance of sustainability in supply chains and has started implementing practical measures—such as better container load planning, cutting unnecessary trucking, and promoting digital workflows to reduce paper usage.

Fred continues to balance strong service quality and commercial performance with realistic steps toward greener, more efficient logistics operations.

Mr. Trần Việt Anh

Logistics & Distribution Expert

Mr. Trần Việt Anh is the Logistics & Distribution Expert, bringing extensive expertise in pharmaceutical import-export and warehouse distribution services across Vietnam. With 12 years of experience in logistics and a decade dedicated to international trade, he has developed deep knowledge of customs procedures, cold chain management, and cross-border supply chain optimization.

In his current role, he focuses on expanding strategic partnerships, improving operational efficiency, and delivering reliable solutions for the pharmaceutical supply chain. His strong grasp of industry regulations and practical know-how help Hoang Bao Minh maintain high standards in handling sensitive pharmaceutical products and meeting the growing demands of the Vietnamese healthcare market.

Ms. Le Thi Thu Hang

Ms. Le Thi Thu Hang is the Managing Director of GSC Transport, a company recognized for its progressive approach to road transport services across Vietnam. With deep expertise in managing nationwide trucking operations, she is at the forefront of GSC’s shift toward a more digital, transparent, and environmentally responsible transport model.

Under her direction, the company has implemented several key initiatives:

Mr. Neel Kumar

Neel is a seasoned professional with over ten years of experience in the construction sector. He currently holds the position of Business Development Director at IntES (International Engineering Solutions), where he plays a key role in driving strategic growth and expanding the company’s presence in international markets. With a strong engineering background and proven leadership skills, Neel excels at bridging the gap between technical solutions and business outcomes, ensuring success for both clients and stakeholders.

His expertise spans Customer Relationship Management, Sales & Marketing, and Business Development, with a particular focus on Marketing Research for new products and Sustainability Solutions. He is especially skilled in promoting Energy Efficiency within Industrial and Commercial Projects, contributing to long-term sustainability goals. Neel is also experienced in conducting Technical Due Diligence Reports and Feasibility Studies, which are critical for evaluating project viability and guiding investment decisions.

Ms. Pham Thi Lan Huong (Selina)

With over 15 years devoted to Vietnam’s logistics sector, Ms. Pham Thi Lan Huong — known to many as Selina — brings extensive expertise in warehousing, shipping, and multimodal transportation. Since March 2025, she has been leading Thanh Cong Motor Infrastructure and Service JSC as Director, continuing a proven track record of steering large-scale logistics operations.

Prior to her current role, she held senior positions including General Director at OPL Logistics JSC and Vinafco JSC, where she was responsible for managing companies with annual revenues exceeding 1,500 billion VND.

Selina holds degrees in English Language Teaching from Hanoi National University and in Law from Hanoi Law University, equipping her with a strong foundation to navigate the commercial and regulatory aspects of the industry.

In addition to her corporate roles, she actively contributes to Vietnam’s logistics community. She serves as Vice President cum General Secretary of the Hanoi Logistics Association and leads the Logistics Committee at the Vietnam Logistics Business Association.

Her areas of expertise include strategic business development in warehousing and shipping, corporate governance, building company culture, and advising on commercial law within the logistics domain.

Mr. Eric Duong

Eric Duong brings more than two decades of hands-on experience in logistics, with a career that spans air cargo transport, freight forwarding, warehousing, distribution, customs clearance, last-mile delivery, and business development. Currently serving as Director of Business Development at Chima HTT Logistics, he has also led operations, sales, and network expansion as General Manager of VietAviation Logistics, an international airfreight and courier express company.

Throughout his career, Eric has been committed to delivering fast, reliable, and convenient logistics solutions for customers both in Vietnam and abroad. He has played a key role in expanding distribution coverage to all provinces in Vietnam and across the Indochina region, forging strong partnerships with leading airlines and express agents. His expertise also extends to developing market-specific logistics strategies, including tailored solutions for the Indonesian market during his tenure managing sales and logistics for Kangaroo Home Appliances.

Holding an IATA Cargo English Advanced Diploma, a TESOL certificate, and a Master’s degree in International Relations and Affairs, Eric combines technical expertise with strong communication skills. Fluent in Chinese, English, and Vietnamese, he shares his industry knowledge as a college lecturer, teaching logistics English and supply chain management.

Ms. Do Minh Hien (Ms. Sarah)

Ms. Sarah is a recognized expert in omnichannel delivery and smart fulfillment, with over 25 years of experience in retail, ecommerce, and supply chain operations.

Currently serving as Sales Manager at FANTASTE Company, she specializes in bridging the gap between online and offline retail by designing fulfillment strategies that are agile, efficient, and customer-centric.

In an era where customers expect fast, flexible, and consistent service across all touchpoints, she has helped organizations rethink their operations—from integrating order management systems (OMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS) to leveraging stores as fulfillment hubs. She brings deep knowledge of how to align inventory visibility, logistics networks, and customer experience to enable seamless omnichannel journeys.

A champion of practical, scalable solutions, she is particularly passionate about helping small and mid-sized retailers implement cost-effective omnichannel strategies without overextending resources.

She is a frequent contributor to industry seminar, roundtables, and thought leadership discussions on topics such as reverse logistics, inventory synchronization, delivery optimization, and future-ready retail ecosystems. She believes the future of commerce lies in tightly integrated, tech-enabled fulfillment strategies that respond in real time to customer demand - regardless of channel.

Mr. Ole Martin Kehler

Director of Business Development
CIMC Wetrans International Logistics Co., Ltd.

Mr. Ole Martin Kehler, 42, is a seasoned logistics professional with a career spanning over 17 years in the international shipping and forwarding industry. He began his journey in 2007 with a feeder carrier based in Hamburg, where he was responsible for managing connections between Europe's main ports and terminals across the North and Baltic Seas.

His career later took him to New York City, where he worked in the commercial department of a freight forwarding company. Following this, he joined DSV in Shanghai, where he handled the German-speaking trade lanes and played a key role in developing and leading the company’s rail freight product, supporting China’s Belt and Road Initiative.

Subsequently, Mr. Kehler took on a role with a Chinese freight forwarder headquartered in Shenzhen, which later merged with CIMC Wetrans. In his current position at CIMC Wetrans International Logistics Co., Ltd., his primary focus remains on Chinese business operations. However, since December of last year, he has expanded his scope to include the development and growth of the company’s activities in Southeast Asia.

He oversees a comprehensive portfolio of logistics services, including air, sea, and rail freight solutions.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Canh

Managing Director

Mr. Cảnh graduated with a degree in Automotive Engineering from Hanoi University of Transport and Communications in 2006. He later obtained a Customs Brokerage License, the FIATA Diploma, and an Advanced Management and Business Cooperation Certificate under the Germany–GIZ program.

With over 20 years of experience in customs and logistics, he entered the industry in 2005 and, by 2008, became Director of one of Vietnam’s first 53 licensed customs brokerage firms.

He is currently the Director of a company specializing in customs clearance services and integrated international logistics solutions by sea, road, and air.

Mr. Laurence Cheung

DHL Global Forwarding (Vietnam) Corporation

Laurence Cheung serves as the Managing Director of DHL Global Forwarding Vietnam, where he leads the company’s strategic initiatives and oversees its operations nationwide. Based in Ho Chi Minh City, Laurence brings a wealth of experience and leadership to the role, having been with DHL Global Forwarding for over 25 years.

He began his career with DHL in 1999 as a management trainee and rose through the ranks as a station manager in some of China’s biggest and fastest-growing cities like Chengdu, Hangzhou, Wuhan, and Xiamen before he became the General Manager of DHL Global Forwarding Beijing in 2008. He later advanced to become the Southeast District Head of China in 2013, where he was responsible for the regional operations and spearheaded business development for the region. In 2019, Laurence was appointed Managing Director for Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos, before transitioning in 2022 to focus on the burgeoning Vietnamese market.

Recognized for his strong leadership and business acumen, Laurence brings a deep understanding of the logistics industry and sharp insights into the fast-growing regional opportunities—qualities that have played a pivotal role in driving performance and contributing to DHL’s success across Asia. A strong advocate of lifelong learning, he holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and earned his Master of Business Administration from the European School of Management and Technology (ESMT Berlin) in 2025. He is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
